In Train-ing!

Well, it all happened so fast! I met the band Train on Sunday, and by Wednesday found myself on stage with them on The Rachael Ray Show! (No worries, it hasn't aired yet so you haven't missed it!)
You know when you've heard of or seen someone in action, you wonder how they are in real life. The band, amazing. Rachael, amazing. Everyone was super great! I was honored to be a part of such a wonderful segment and hope to see the guys again soon. And maybe Rachael will let me do some cooking with her sometime! How funny, 2 of my passions, music and cooking - in one show?
Anyway, I have a ton of stuff cooking in my own career kitchen... bon appetit!!!
